We are writing to inform you that unifidrive.com — operated by VaremSoftware — will be permanently discontinued effective 15 June 2026. After this date, the platform, all associated services, and user accounts will no longer be accessible.
We sincerely thank every user who has been part of the unifidrive.com community. This decision was not made lightly, and we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible.
What this means for you
The unifidrive.com platform will be fully shut down on this date. All features, data, and services will become unavailable. No extensions or exceptions will be granted after this deadline.
In accordance with our Terms and Conditions (§ Service interruption), we will cooperate with Users to enable withdrawal of personal data and information prior to shutdown. Please log in and export any data you wish to retain before 15 June 2026. Contact us at team@unifidrive.com if you need assistance.
New subscriptions are not being processed as of this notice.
All user accounts will be permanently closed on 15 June 2026. You may also request early account termination at any time by contacting us directly, subject to the conditions outlined in § Account termination of our Terms.
Legal basis
This notice is issued in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of unifidrive.com (last updated 20 December 2023), specifically:
§ Service interruption — The Owner may decide to suspend or discontinue the Service altogether. If discontinued, the Owner will cooperate with Users to enable withdrawal of Personal Data and will respect Users’ rights relating to continued product use and/or compensation, as provided for by applicable law.
§ Fixed-term subscriptions — Once the subscription period expires, the Product shall no longer be accessible.
European Consumers retain applicable statutory rights under EU distance-selling regulations. UK and Brazilian Consumers retain their respective national statutory rights as described in the Terms.
